Khách sạn Secret Cove , Jacksonville

"This place is absolutely terrible. 2 ppl were trying to break into the vending machine when I checked in. The room carpet was dingy and torn. The iron was missing. Light above the sink didn't work. Bathtub had stains all over it. Bathtub faucet was broken - no way to transfer the water from the faucet to the showerhead. I also found indirect evidence of drug use. Also hidden fees - they charge extra for housekeeping and for utilities. DO NOT stay here. Expedia - remove this listing as an option....

"Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean facilities!"

"Overall good stay"

"rooms were the cleanest sheets were horribly stained restaurant was not available until certain time which didn't benefit me for the stay and not having a personal vehicle description of amenities were not accessible or accurate"

"Staff was real nice rooms were clean. Bartender was real nice facilities looked amazing."

"Very comfortable hotel in a great location."

"Excellent service"

"Property is well kept. Room was clean. Staff and housekeeper were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a quiet area, though very close to I-295. Lots of stores and restaurants within a 10 minute drive from hotel."

"Room was nice size. Breakfast was nice!"

"The property is very run down. The AC units are required to run, and one of the units in our room sounded like a diesel engine running all night. Some of the furniture was off balance, and the refrigerator was covered with condensation on the inside. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"We waited for 2 hours for a blanket, when they finally delivered blanket for my child at 10 pm it was crunchy and hard like there was a weird film on it. was completely ignored inside restaurant/bar."
