"We stayed in this hotel last year and it was excellent. That is why we went again this year. It soon became apparent that the breakfast service did not meet that of last year. Several times having to ask more than once for coffee tea etc, and we were not the only ones to notice this. Perhaps a shortage of staff or inexperienced staff? Still an excellent location, with many staff outstanding. The beachside cafe across the road was very nice, but totally spoiled by loud music throughout. However still hope to come again next year. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Overall the room was spacious and had two single beds for kids and large king bed. Bathroom was also large. Con: they had NO air conditioning! They said this was due to the age of the building. Luckily it wasn’t too warm in the evenings so we left the patio doors open. However, this was disappointing. The pool was great and lots of lounges. The buffet had many options and we enjoyed the food. Con: the service especially for breakfast was lacking. They really could have improved on this. We basically ended up clearing our own table for breakfast and getting all our own tea and coffee. This was better for lunch and dinner service. Overall, I would still return to this hotel. But I would check on A/C. "

"Bed not especially comfortable, not much hot water for a shower one evening. Bedroom laminate floor coming apart despite the place being only 2 years old. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"The bedrooms and bathrooms clearly need renovation. The bedding and towels were very old, and although they were white, they appeared yellowish in colour. We requested fresh towels, but the replacements were in the same condition. There was also no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, which was inconvenient."

"On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. The snacks were poor and there was no way to get a decent coffee. The pool area is lovely, but not if you like it quiet and peaceful, as there were games and entertainment going on often. However the private beach is right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff and all the people in Agadir were lovely, friendly and helpful. For people and families who would enjoy the games and activities the hotel should appeal and is in a great location. "
