"This was the perfect place to get to where we needed to be..easy in and out, (be prepared to pay for parking $10 per day which was super affordable compared to nearby hotels). The pool area was so cute, and there were a ton of breakfast options on the buffet. The staff was super helpful, we will definitely be back."

"Fairly quiet hotel when we were there, fridge in room, free/ample parking and a supermarket and pizza place in the parking area which is nice to have. Breakfast was ok and an outdoor area to sit also. Where we had trouble was this - at 8am, with a Do Not Disturb Sign on our door, there was knocking on the door and then a hand was slipping something in to try and unlock the door. "I had an extended layover in CLT from 7a-7p after a long red eye. The management worked with me for an early check in and I checked out around 5p. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy to do a little work, get some rest and then shower and change for the next leg of my trip. "

Our room was clean and well equipped.
TV worked fine and channel selection was good.
The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map.
The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful.
The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!"
