"Didn't approve of being charged for parking. Had room near the elevators and could not be moved. Very noisy people had a conversation outside of elevator for 20 minutes while I was trying to sleep. It was before 9pm but I had a full day of hiking and was tired. I did call the front desk and they did handle it. I was pleased with their response."

Breakfast was fresh and delicious making a perfect start to a day filled with fun activities. Complimentary parking on site was an added bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this boutique inn! "Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und liegt ruhig am Bach. Trotzdem wären ein paar Renovierungen schön, um die Zimmer etwas zeitgemäßer zu gestalten. Die Möbel sind alle an den Ecken angeschlagen, der alte Teppichboden wirft Falten und der Balkon war leider gar nicht geputzt als wir kamen (dreckiger Tisch und Spinneweben). Das Frühstück mit Bagels und Muffins war ausreichend aber wir würden nicht nochmal dort übernachten aufgrund der genannten Mängel"

"This is a wonderful place. So Serene, beautiful location along the river Unexpected find in Sedona. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The breakfasts were truly a culinary feast. Everyday we had something different and delightful. I rated staff a 3 only because I didn't interact with staff at all during our stay. There was no need to."

"This is our favorite place to stay when in Sedona. We had our honeymoon here in 2017 and came back for our 9th anniversary this year. Property is always clean and everyone we have encountered have been amazing. We will continue to come back for anniversaries and highly recommend this hidden gem to friends and family. "
