The aged gentleman checking me in seemed to be computer illiterate and he kept making mistakes including not being able to find my reservation. Eventually another younger staff member found it. My air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom fixtures needed maintenance ( loose toilet seat etc). Overall not up to normal Radisson standards."

"An incredible stay at the SANA Sesimbra. My room faced the beach, complete with a balcony. The room itself has a gorgeous midcentury modern hardwood bed with nightstand built-ins, and there is a matching built-in wardrobe, giving the space an elevated, timeless vibe. What really blew me away was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. When I believed I had lost my wallet in town after I left Sesimbra, the employees walked to the cafe I had been at to see if anyone had turned one in. Truly...

"My husband and I absolutely loved everything during our stay at the Pestana Palace. The decor was incredible with the painted ceilings and lavish architectural detailing. This historic property was one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. It was styled after Versailles in France. "We toured in Lisbon by train from Cascais. The resort itself was quiet, relaxing & a 15 min walk to town. Town had resort amenities. Hotel was very comfortable & family friendly. Loved the pirate characters for the kids."
