We stayed here for 4 days. It was a very good stay with very friendly hosts Sandra and Julien. Sandra's homemade jams are delicious.The room was new and clean. Location is perfect for Alsace Wine Route: Strasbourg is 35 minutes, Obernai is 25 minutes, Barr is 20 minutes, Colmar 25 minutes, Eguisheim 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this premises, as location, cleanliness, friendly services are more than standard.

Vacances de Noêl 2019

Magnifique séjour d'une semaine dans cette Alsace typique aux milles lumières en cette période de fête de fin d'année 2019 parfaitement réussie. De plus le gite " Chambres au Pied du Haut-Koenigsbourg est idéalement placé pour pouvoir profiter d'une dizaine de marchés de Noêl à proximité de Kinthziem. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et l'hébergement était parfait,sans oublier les petits déjeuners copieux aux saveurs d'Alsace.

Nous avons aimé sa situation et les conseils pour les visites. Les propriétaires très avenants et sympathiques. Nous ne regrettons rien et pourrions y retourner pour continuer les visites qui sont nombreuses. Vue des 2 châteaux depuis la cour de l'établissement par temps clair.

Un chouette séjour

La maison est tres bien située pour profiter de toutes les activites du pass Alsace. De plus nous avons été tres bien accueilli et servi. Il y a a disposition une cuisine pour les hotes. C etait vraiment bien!

Very nice and clean with great service.

Great service and extremely clean with cosy rooms. The hotel is family run and is situated on Route du Vin with good restaurants located nearby on walking distance. The host is very nice and service minded. Very good breakfast.

Week-end en famille

Séjour magnifique en famille pour les périodes de fin d’année. La maison est très bien située, charmante et décorée avec goût. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et bien agencée. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et d’une grande disponibilité avec un accueil chaleureux. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et il y a beaucoup de « fait maison », un régal. C’etait un vrai plaisir!

Kintzheim, eigentlich selbst schon eine Reise wert, liegt ideal für Ausflüge nach Colmar und Strassburg. Aber auch die nähere Umgebung mit der Haut Koenigsbourg ist spektakulär. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, das Bad separat, beides nach Wunsch mehr oder weniger beheizbar. Das Frühstück mit u.a. Hausgemachter Marmelade (3 Sorten) und einmal auch selbst gebackenem Brot ist zwar eher einfach, aber sehr lecker. Dank eines Tips von Sandra, haben wir auch noch einen Mittelalter-Markt besucht. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
