"Love the bar on the balcony and the restaurant on the river. Very friendly staff & clean rooms. "

"They didn’t say anything about our service dog, fast Eddie was cool, but they didn’t provide coffee if you’re an early riser not until 7am, and not more than 2 week coffee pods. Not even a coffee bar down in the lobby you would think a high end hotel would have that because a motel 6 would! They charge a premium for parking a vehicle at 65 a night and charge mandatory tipping for everything they can think of along with a tax on your tips that they don’t tell you are going to be charged to your card. A mandatory charge that could have paid for a third night. We would have normally let a tip for room service but decided not to after seeing it was mandatory to do that and they never entered to even make the bed. My Husband and I went to use the hot tub that and the pool was filled entirely with unsupervised minor children to the point where you could not get into the pool or hot tub. They were diving splashing other guests trying to enjoy the sun, and there were no cameras. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable making for a poor nights sleep! "

"From the moment we arrived everyone from the valet to the hotel staff greeted you with a friendly smile. The location was perfect. The Majestic theater was less then a two minute walk away. Plenty of places to eat or grab a drink. Without thinking twice about it. I would stay here again."
