The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. Enjoyed the cool weather & beautiful sunrise. Nice clean resort and can be better if they provide transfer & meals. Those without own tpt is a disaster.
