It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down."

"There was no soap by the sink, no place to get water, and there were stains on the upholstery. This stay was definitely not worth what we paid for it."

They then had to inspect my towels each day before we got new, because if they were stained I would be charged. They ran out of breakfast and didn't replenish anything. "Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."

"The first thing we noticed was a strong smell of weed, no matter where we went in the hotel. The hallways were poorly lit, and our door was broken. You had to push and pull at the same time to force it closed. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling and going down the wall, as well as a very questionable stain on the chair. The hot water took forever to heat up and ran slowly. But the worst was the cockroach that ran across the breakfast counter!! I will never stay here again!"
