"This is a motel, breakfast is choices of make your own pancakes, bagels, assorted bread, cereals, and blueberry muffins. The cleanliness appeared ok, until I found long strands of hair on 4 of the 5 pillows (2 queen beds) and in the bathtub. "

"Room had hair in tub when checked in then had a Dnd on door room service and inspector walk in with out knocking was total pissed off then let from desk know all she could say is I am sorry instead of trying to see what can do to make the guest happy not happy at all was a horrible stay this time"

"Breakfast was good variety, i will say the hotel should invest in a more industrial toaster made for constant use rather than standard kitchen toasters. Room was large and my only complaint is that there are gaps around the door which lets light in from the hall and we could hear conversations from thr room next door through the connecting doors. "

"Great parking, 8 minute's to mohegan. Great bed, hot shower with great water pressure. Super clean! Area blocks outside were a little iffy but would definitively stay again!"

"My husband,and I frequently stay at this property due to the close proximity of Mohegan Sun Arena. The shuttle service is TOP SHELF!! Though the prices this property charges are much higher than others, we bite the bullet ONLY FOR THE SHUTTLE SERVICE! Now, that being said I have a major problem with the OWNERS of this property! I had written a review a year ago or so. In my review I wrote commending an employee for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to his employer. I suggested a merit based reward for his service to show some kind of appreciation. The employee was very proud of my review as he should be. The manager even hung it up for all to see, but to my sincere heart felt disappointment the employee was not rewarded for his service. Not even a $5.00 DD Gift card!!! For the amount of money that guests pay to this company I feel a little pay it forward would not bankrupt your company. I am a business owner myself, and upon receiving praise from a client for my employees service I will immediately reward them!! Exceptional Employees Are Hard To Find My Friend.
