"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed at all—like the bed had just been made without actually changing them. There was hair and visible stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. "The lobby was dirty I had to call out for the clerk to come out of her car where she was smoking pot and Rolling a joint on the 2 occasions I needed help . First to check in and second time because the tv wasn’t working. The girl was clearly high smelling of pot and was of no help with the tv. The room stunk of smoke and animal. "First time going and it was a good experience "

"We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. "The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. "Checking in was a breeze. Luisa was very helpful and so friendly. My room was amazing and the bed was so comfy. I think what ultimately made my night was the text from Luisa, checking in to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. That definitely made the experience and the decision to stay the night, the perfect choice. I will be booking a room here in the future."
