"First time staying here. We attended a concert at Foxwoods which is literally right across the road. Easily walkable but we did drive only because it was cold and my wife had heels on. Saved us almost $200 by staying here vs Foxwoods Everything was great but I will say that the mattress was not comfortable at all. Too hard for me."

"Very good"

"I picked the Hiltop because of its price, and proximity to where I needed to be. It's definitely a budget-friendly 3-star hotel. My room was fine - it was clean, comfortable and relatively quiet considering the traffic on the adjacent road. "Worn furnishings but room was clean and staff was helpful, accommodated my check in after midnight."

Also the tv reception was terrible and would go in and out. The windows don’t crank close properly so we had to pop the screen to shut them. Just seems the property...

I've stayed at many hotels, but my experience at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich genuinely stood out, and I couldn't leave without recognizing the incredible people who made it so memorable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Not just greeted, but genuinely welcomed. There's a difference, and the team here understands it beautifully. Saul, our server, was wonderful. Riley at the bar, Julio in the restaurant, Danielle, the...

"Staff was very welcomed and helpful. Room was super clean."

"The lobby is under construction, and all of the construction materials are thrown in the pool area, so it is not the most pleasant appearance. We arrived and there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that they would be right back, we waited well over 10 minutes for someone to return. They were not overly friendly, I don’t actually remember her even saying “hi” when she can to the desk, and she definitely did not say “sorry to keep you waiting” or anything acknowledging that she had...
