"Breakfast buffet and the lovely staff who stocked it were wonderful! The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and were so sweet to my granddaughter when they found out it was her birthday. My only negatives - I had a five-night stay and never got housekeeping service. So had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was sporadically super noisy and the light in the bathroom would flicker and flash."

"The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. "I've been to this property many times. The breakfast is good, but they do not have any gluten free bread items. The staff is very friendly, one staff member made decaf coffee for me at night when the urn was empty. I will go back to this property."

"This is clearly an older property, with externally-facing room doors. When we pulled in (late afternoon), there were almost no cars. I was a little worried. But for basic, clean accommodations it was fine."

"Perfect for what I needed for a couple of nights in the Hartford area. Parking was easy, the room was clean. Great breakfast offerings to get my day started."

"Nice. Check in was awesome and she was super nice! And maintenance guy was super nice! Complaints were breakfast ended early, outdoor space wasn’t clean, room table only had 1 chair and it was stained. We would stay agin but plan better!"
