"Very clean"

"The room was recently nicely renovated, including the carpeting, tiled bathroom, new sink, bathtub, and smart mirror, etc. The room even smelled clean and new, which is rare for any hotel room. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was quiet and safe. We requested a late checkout for noon and they were very kind about giving it to us. I would absolutely stay there again."

"Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended."
