"Excellent hotel. This is a wonderful location one stop away from Seoul station and three stops away from meongdong shopping street. The hotel is very close to bus stops and also underground railway. The hotel has an Italian restaurant on the second floor and it was amazing. I got an opportunity to order some pasta and some pizza and both were excellent. I stayed for about six nights and there was room cleaning facility available every day.. overall 5 x 5 in all aspects"

"Hotel is well located within Seoul, not far from Seoul Station making it a good hub for getting around. It is along the Seoullo city walkway. Room was a good size, good bathroom, comfy bed, plug sockets by the bed and across the room. Hotel is located above the Seoulista bar which is a really nice craft beer bar with good food. Seems very popular with the locals."

"My 4th stay at this hotel. Ideally located to walk to many sites but also 2 main subway lines are within a few minutes walk. Rooms are very well equipped including washing machine, LG steam cupboard and microwave. It’s my go to hotel when staying in Seoul"

"Clean room, friendly staff, close to restaurants and can get uber easily but the bus and subway stations are closeby. The free breakfast was amazing and the views were great. Just hoping the room would have been bigger but we did have 3 large luggages with us"

"The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very sweet and courteous. The front desk staff can be a little cold but some of them were nice and helpful. It gets very noisy because of the nightlife from about 9pm-6am. "

Requests were followed up within 5 minutes (incl. a blocked drainage we experienced initially, which was promptly resolved). Our room had a fantastic view of Seoul (which we're very thankful for). As a note, only some rooms have toilet seat bidets so best to be sure you're booked the right room type (if bidet is a preference)."
