The staff at both front desk and support services such as housekeeping and maintenance are very polite and professional in their work duties. Excellent Stay – Spotless, Quiet, and Exceptional Service As an experienced traveler, I can confidently say this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a restful stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to the front desk staff who went above and beyond when I couldn’t get a cab for over 40 minutes and had to return to the hotel. She kindly used her own taxi app to call one for me, which made all the difference. Highly recommended. I'd gladly stay here again!

We did not enjoy our stay at Homes Stay G-Valley Gasan. Cleaning daily and getting water was great. As foreigners, the room we got was the only room where there was no door to the restroom. So every time we had to use the restroom, we had to tell each other and close the bedroom door. No one could go in and out of the room during those times. Additionally, we were not given any instructions other than to check-in using the kiosk. Following the English instructions in the room to see what amenities were included, the linked QR code website said that there were laundry rooms free of use located in floors 2F - 6F. You have to buy your own detergent and dryer sheets. I used the laundry room on the 6F as there wasn’t one on the 7F. Our clothes were in the dryer for 3 hours straight due to the “automatic drying sensor”, yet our clothes were still damped and wet. In all other floors, there were clothes still in the dryer that were done. Mind you there is only one washer and dryer on each floor. My Korean friend came to visit and so we had her talk to the front desk about the dryer situation since we had somewhere to be and were already running hours late due to our clothes not drying. Prior to going to the front desk, I already had my friend check the settings on the dryer which was in Korean. She said everything looks right. However, when we got to the front desk and asked, we were told “Oh, you probably just don’t know how to use the dryer and there’s nothing we can do.”

Spacious room, location’s 10-20 minutes walk from stations. There’s a major plumbing issue, it reeks of puke 24/7 in the bathrooms and the smell spreads across entire room. The bed had hair all over the sheets, ground was extremely dirty, and the towels also smell. The staff are unprofessional, rude and offer different food delivery fees depending on who asks. Cannot recommend, will be making sure people divert from all G Homes locations from now on.

Meh

The room was very clean and to check in was simple. However, the check out was horrible since I cut my stay short it became a nightmare. I paid up front for the full time but instead of refunding the difference of the days that I didn’t use they canceled my original payment to which needed to berefunded and tried to charge for the new amount to which the funds weren’t there. I kept telling them don’t do that since this was a secured card and didn’t work that way. I was about to leave to the airport and said I couldn’t take care of this now and I would let them know when they could charge the card. It took 3 days to finalize a process that could had been done in the beginning. Also they said they have a restaurant but they didn’t.
