The room and bathroom need some work. The bed was comfortable. The staff doesn't speak English and it was difficult to communicate. The lobby and entrance are unattractive, and there's a lot of trash near the entrance. The only good thing is the location, close to the city center.

No pool but the staff is amazing

The hotel description mention the access to a pool. Don’t be fooled like me. Don’t book this hotel if you’re looking for a pool. Past my disappointment of the lack of amenities, the staffs were extremely wonderful. They are the kindest sweetest people you’ll ever meet in South Korea. They made my trip so magical. They are very helpful on recommendations and directions. Very knowledgeable on what’s going on in the city. For the price of the rooms don’t expect too much. There was just enough space for two. The location of this hotel is very favorable for public transportation.

Many businesses decide not to heat their premises in Seoul during winter. In this hotel, but your room, it's quite cold. Cold winter in South Korea is quite short, so maybe the investment isn't worth it. Winter isn't also a huge tourist season either.

The photos of this hotel are made better by photoshop. That's for sure. Room was dusty and I cleaned it up myself. But. Beds were comfy, sheets were clean, towels were thick and clean, amenities were excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, I got my room earlier than expected, I got fresh towels and more toilet paper when needed (I didn't ask my room to be cleaned). The location of this 2 star hotel is perfect! Absolutely perfect. I have visited Seoul 8 times and this location has been the best. All what you need is there for you! Several public transportation abilities inside 200 meters from this hotel. So, it's really easy access where ever you want to go! Overall I got more what I could expected of a 2 star hotel. If there are free rooms during my next stay, I will reserved a room from this hotel again.

Like most hotels of this starring it was adequate.lovely comfortable bed. I was asked every morning if i wanted my room CLEANED. I AM A DISABLED TRAVELER AND FELT WELL LOOKED AFTER when they heard me come down in a morning they would rush to press the door for me. When taxis couldnt fit my folding buggy in their boot, the staff triedtheir utmost to find a taxi that could. Everywhere wasso easy to get to and once you get your bearings just follow the strem and you will get back. Tourist advice close. Had a lovely stay but if you want a more luxurious stay pay more and go somwhere else.

Good points: Austin the member of staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable. Shower Room was very modern and clean, the Bidet was great. Loved the welcome pack which came in handy and very useful that there was an hairdryer, straightners and brush and comb with hairspray. Robes and sliders provided. Shampoo and conditioner and Bodywash. Cables for phones and tablets etc came in handy too. Air conditioning and plenty of free bottled water was great as it was 35c some days. Bad points: Front entrance was not accessible and looked like an abandon building. Trash just dumped outside of the back of Building and Restaurant was a let down (bins not used). Staff from other premises smoking outside. Wallpaper needs replacing and reception area needs a complete reburbishment. It would be great to able to sit there when you have a couple of hours after checking out and waiting for Taxi. No Toilet available so had to go over to the Bar across the way.

It's a 2 mins walk frim Jonggak station ( Blue line 1). Around the hotel there are tons of eateries and convenience store, so no worry getting hungry. The Cheonggyecheon stream is just next to the hotel and Myeongdong is a 10 minute walk. And Insadong is a 5 minute walk. I'll definitely stay again when back in Seoul.

The pictures are deceiving, I’m not sure some of the pictures displayed that look like they’re part of the property are actually part of the property. The bed sheets may have been clean but they were definitely stained, or they may have just been dirty. There aren’t any amenities that I saw, there’s no restaurant, no gym, and no sauna. I wouldn’t stay here again.
