"The staff were polite and friendly. However the two people at the deal said they were both new and still learning, so check in was a little slower than normal. The elevator was a little scary, making load noises and was a little jerky on the way up. The room was spacious and sofa was comfortable. There were 2 large TV’s, one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. There were some minor maintenance issues(toilet seat loose & bathroom outlet did not work) which I brought up to management. The floors were not as clean as they should be. They were gritty and there were multiple small black hair ties on the floor. The bed was as about as comfortable as sleeping on a plank of wood and the pillows were as thin as a pancake. I would not stay in this hotel again."

"Great location to downtown Chattanooga. We were able to walk everywhere including the aquarium and City Cafe. Loved the layout of the apartment rooms. Great price as well."

"Very convenient location. Okay staff and hotel but having to pay for parking in addition to room price is not good business, especially when the bar is open to the public and the patrons park for free. How is that fair to hotel guests?"

"A beautiful, unique, charming hotel with an excellent staff, unique art installations, conveniently located to Tennessee River access, walking trails, shopping, excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Rooftop bar is a must for sunset over the mountains. Room was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room to unpack. Hotel had thoughtful touches throughout with a helpful and friendly staff to assist with anything needed. We will be back! Enjoy!"
