"It wasn’t nothing like the pictures, it was really nasty like they didn’t clean the room thank goodness we brought our own sheets and blankets, the bathroom was really dirty and the floors wasn’t mop or vacuum I’m disappointed of Expedia that didn’t let me cancel that reservation I reserved for 2 nights ended up staying only 1 of the bad it was "

"Run the other way! They can’t solve simple problems and they act like it isn’t their job or responsibility to take care of the issues at their own hotel! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a lack of caring. What has happened to customer service? It definitely doesn’t exist at this location. The rooms were just ok. If you want to use any kitchen items you have to request them from the front desk and hope that they have some left. A grab and go breakfast to them means crappy nutrigrain bars...

"Hands down the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy and not kept up at all. Strong odor of smoke that the review won’t let me specify from inside the hotel lobby. Another group was checking out of the property when I was checking in due to the condition of the hotel. 0/10 do not recommend. I will not be back. "

Upon arrival the lady at the reception claimed I booked a smoker room and the charged me $20 extra for a non smoker, funny enough there was a person smoking cigarettes all night in front of our room and we had to deal with second hand smoking. Air condition smelled horrible and everything was filthy. Would NEVER stay again"
