"Terrible. Based on the reviews we initially saw, it appeared our stay may have been an anomaly. The host had messaged us through Expedia requesting our arrival time. I responded and never heard back. We arrived shortly after 3pm. The host was no where to be found, did not answer the phone, and the bell at the front desk had no use. "Loved the location. The room was clean and the outdoor area was very pretty. The check in was a bit confusing- the first villa/apartment had a reception sign on it but when we knocked on it - we woke up a guest. Other than that it was nice."
