The staff is unbelievable. We asked them the littlest of a hand cream, for a late checkout, a paper cup. Everything was done within minutes. Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Renaissance itself is beautiful, clean. Every day was a very beautiful happy day. There are so many places to eat ...

Very nice and spacious room and great bathroom. This property has the correct mix of luxury and fun. Not stuffy. Highly recommend.
