"We very much enjoyed our stay here . The apartment was huge ! The staff were amazing . They were always asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything . Very much appreciated the welcome gift !
The location was perfect ! We were happy to find a nice flat area to stay at , some of the other areas appeared quite hilly . Numerous places to eat nearby . Enjoyed the view from the large windows . Would love to stay here again if we return to Lisbon and would most definitely recommend it to...

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
• Hygiene: There were cockroaches in the room—we killed three ourselves.
• Room Condition: All three lamps in the room were broken. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay until we complained, and while towels were changed every other day, dirty ones were left in the room.
• Safety: Several electrical outlets were missing covers, exposing live wires—an extremely dangerous situation, especially since we had a toddler with us.

"The property itself was great. Personal opinion... larger hot water tank. Host were available to sort out a tv issue...you're welcome. The garbage cans just outside of the door are a nuissance, and makes the area uninviting. Tram is very loud and room shaking, but awesome for travel as the stop is literally outside the door. Overall an excellent hub to plan travel around and visit the city."
