"First room we checked into had an additional bed which was shaking and wobbling . We had to move to another room due to this . The bathroom tap in the new room wasn’t working and showering was not possible because of this . Basic amenities are not present . Staff was very friendly and helped but the property needs to upgrade many things . It was not worth the price . "

"The room was clean, modern and the electronic blackout shutters were appreciated. Check in and issue of electronic room keys was straightforward.
The bistro downstairs was friendly and lively.
It would be useful for the hotel to provide instructions on the lighting as the system was not very intuitive.
The safe did not work - a small inconvenience. "

"The staff were friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. The room was spacious, clean, and above all, we had a wonderful view of Lake Como from each room. The hotel’s interior design and decorative details were charming and sophisticated. We also greatly enjoyed the delicious breakfast.It was just a one-night stay, but they truly made our visit to Lake Como exceptional. I have to say, it was absolutely perfect !...
