"First off the location is amazing - right on the beach - the hotel has plenty of umbrellas and chairs to rent for the day, beach towels come with your room, and we had a beautiful beach side view and a sliding door that walked right out onto the patio. Second, the staff was attentive and accommodating. ..."

"There were dirty towels in my room when I first went in. The room wasn't cleaned for the duration of my stay (3 nights) I made a number of complaints to reception. Guest services weren't available. On return to the UK I've attempted contact via email numerous times without response"
