Khách sạn Sesto Calende

"Great stay on the boat, new, well equipped and fantastic terrace on the roof to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunset in the evening. The boat is located in a small campsite with a small bar/restaurant and pool use for free. Friendly and very helpful staff. There is a water park close by and the lovely small town of Sesto Calende with shops, bars and restaurants is only 15-20 minutes walk away. Great short stay with the family"

"The staff was amazing. The ladies helping were great! The food at the restaurant was amazing too but the servers were not attentive kinda rude dismissive. I asked for a dessert menu and she never came back to check what I wanted to order so we got tired of waiting to get her attention so we decided to just pay and leave. The laundry room needs updates I spent many hrs trying to dry my clothes and the dryer didn’t work I had to bring my wet clothes in the luggage and ended up paying for...

"Decent for price"

"Excellent hot breakfast, old building but modernized, cost very reasonable, very helpful management was able to have some English speaking channels added to my tv, wow. There’s a restaurant on site as well. Being right next to the train station is a big plus, but trains are infrequent and there’s no elevator or escalator. And no direct service to the airport or to Milan. There’s not much to see in the town itself but it’s very close to Arona by train (four minutes). From Arona you can get...

"Premetto che la ragazza che ci ha accolto al check-in è stata di una gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità davvero straordinarie. Persone come lei sono una rarità e meriterebbero di essere valorizzate molto di più. È stata senza dubbio l'unica nota davvero positiva del nostro soggiorno. Per il resto, purtroppo, un'esperienza decisamente deludente. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era diversa da quella mostrata nelle fotografie al momento della prenotazione. Avevamo prenotato una camera...

"The room was hot and stuffy. Front desk said that the ac was only seasonal and not available so we had to open the window. Luckily it was not mosquito season! The hostess at the restaurant and the bartender were both very nice and helpful. Food we ordered for room service was good. The room was billed as double queen but these beds were not queen size. Much smaller. They were comfortable though so not an issue. This property was understaffed at front desk when we checked in. Only one...

"The staff the person in the office when we arrived around 8:00 pm and didn’t wanted to help the what’s up number had a hard time communicating and once I communicated the person didn’t not speak English, it was a raft check in."
