Everything was nice. The stuff had been friendly and helpfull just one lady at the frontdesk had been kind of rude. With many guests At breakfast not enough coffeecups and glasses.

It was very difficult to find from Setubal and if they’d given better directions from highway it would have saved us 3 hours of stress trying to locate it via several passer-by people most had no English, so language difficulties occurred. We did not have Satnav in hire car and phones no use as English ones that only good for photos or on WiFi. Apart from that it was a very nice hotel and staff spoke English and very friendly. The buffet-style meals weren’t the best we’ve ever had but I suppose food is difficult to keep hot. A microwave would be an asset!

Not a resort more like a motel

This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at and I travelled all over the world and even stayed that smallest room in Paris and was still better than this. Date of this stay was April 29, 2022. We were driving back from Seville and wanted to stay overnight at a nice place and saw this "advertised" as 5 star spa resort. We wanted something nice and also enjoyed the spa. The outside looks like a store and inside there was no lighting whatsoever. The room spacious all right but the TV was 20 years old and it was only 23" and 30 ft away from the bed. You could not see a thing at all. Then, the wifi DID NOT WORK. We called the front desk 3 times and finally had to go to the restaurant and sat there for 3 hours just to use the wifi. The restaurant was buffet style. No one served us. We had to chase down the server to get drink. A 5-stars does not serve buffet style dinner! Worst was my boyfriend found a pair of woman underwear in one of drawer that was probably left from previous stay. When we checked out we spoke to the manager to let her and showed her the underwear. They claimed they disinfected the room but the maid might have not looked into the drawer. We asked them to comp us coz wifi didn't work, TV was far away and on top of that they didn't do a deep clean of the room. She was just to comp us for one drink. Well we paid for the drink but I wanted all travelers beware of this place.

Der richtige Platz für Golfer

Ein wunderbares Golfresort, es macht Spaß dort zu spielen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich, die Korkeichen, die Störche alles super schön und eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Die Mitarbeiter alles super nett. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und ausreichend möbliert. Die Hotelanlage selbst bracht aber dringend mal ein UpdateDas Schwimmbad ist zwar da aber irgendwie nicht nutzbar, das Dach dazu fehlt auch. die Sportumkleiden sind gruselig. Und noch ein Wort zum Frühstück, wir sind da nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, daher hat es uns nicht sonderlich gestört, aber das geht besser und das hat auch nichts mit dem preis zu tun. Es war zu eintönig, keine Abwechslung, jeder Tag gleich. Butter, Marmelade und Honig nur in Plastikpackungen. Die Säfte nur aus dem Automaten, der O-Saft schmeckte extrem künstlich, sowas darf man eigentlich nicht anbieten. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt, was an den tollen Mitarbeitern und dem überragenden Golfplatz gelegen hat.

Bel hotel très calme au moment de notre passage. Situation un peu loin de Setubal. Les chambres on besoin de mises à jour par exemple pas de prises disponibles pour charger téléphones ou tablettes. Sinon personnel agréable .

Staff simpático. Para quem gosta de dormir às 7h já o corta relva anda a fazer barulho e os hóspedes que acordam cedo arrastam mobília o que perturba imenso. Restaurante com qualidade mas com alguns itens um pouco caros.

OK hotel with room for improvement

Big room with views of the golf course. Small selection for breakfast and quality of food (scrambled eggs and bacon) wasn't great. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The only power socket by the bed was used by the bedside lamp.
