"We purchased an extra night so that we could sleep in the hotel room when we arrived after a 10 hour drive through the night with no sleep and 2 kids. Upon arrival the front desk staff (who was so rude and not accommodating at all) told us our reservation had been cancelled. We had to pay for service for both nights even though we didn’t get to stay at the hotel at all. We were then forced to purchase a different hotel across the street so that we could finally sleep. "It is a great hotel for families with children. We stayed there a few days and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, and we took advantage of a summer weather and used the outdoor pool. The hotel is near the Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. We used the EV charging station at the hotel to get to points of interest. "

"The room was completely nasty to the taped up refrigerator and the dirty curtains and the random holes in the wall I almost did not feel safe staying at this place to the creepy people watching me enter my room I don’t think I will be returning back to this place just overall the room was filthy I did not want to touch or sit anywhere an there sat in the corner was a stained old chair yea no I won’t be coming back "
