"Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

"I had a towel issue. I booked with 1 adult and 3 teenagers. When I checked in there were only 3 towels. Every day after cleaning I only had 2 or 3 towels."

"It was ok. Daytime front desk staff was new and not well trained. Nighttime staff was well informed. Room was ok. Spider in bathtub on arrival. Room was a very long walk from front desk. I tried to extend my reservation for one more night- was told I could but had to go through Expedia then told I couldn’t by nighttime staff because no rooms available. No clear directions on arrival as to where check- in is located. Drove around and around property before checking-in location was found. Won’t...
