"The property was nice. The bed was not as plush as the Residence Inn in Baton Rouge and Dallas. The property is twice as expensive as Baton Rouge and Dallas and a pet fee was charged. I typically stay at Residence Inn because there has been no pet fee and the quality of beds have been plush and comfortable."

"The property is indeed very charming and clean. And the location to the Pensacola Bay Center is excellent! You can walk the very short distance and avoid all the traffic and parking issues completely! However, there are some issues. When we returned to the room after our show, we had No water in the shower. My husband bathed under a trickle of water. By the time he was done it had completely stopped. I contacted management and was told that it is a common occurrence. To wait a few...

"Great experience overall. Excellent value for a modern and comfortable room. I never walked past the front desk without being acknowledged and met with a smile.
Not worth removing a star, but it was a little off-putting to have to pay $10 so I could park in their nearly empty parking lot."

"This place was truly dissapointing. We choose this place for the private beach access. There wasn't even a path to the water, you had to climb down jagged uneven rocks. That meant my husband couldn't go to the water because of his illness which is the exact reason we needed private beach acces in the first place. I paid for a "suite". The room was disgusting, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The phone to call the front desk didn't work. The mattress was horrible, it sagged in the middle. The...

"Property is located near the interstate. The lobby area, pool and bar area are nice and clean.
The bed is the absolute worse., very uncomfortable. I was not expecting this. I chose this location because it was convenient and close to family. This is our second time staying here and the bed was not comfortable both times. The front desk clerk at night is borderline rude most of the time."
