"No complementary breakfast but we already knew that from years prior. We've stayed at the Alice for the last 5 summers. Always for a week. And this by far was our worst visit. The room was dirty looked like they rushed to clean it. The pool had throw up in it for 3 days and yes we said something. Only one elevator was working. It just wasn't a pleasant visit. We miss the way it used to be there. Hopefully they make some changes for next year."

"The room was clean the first night. But they don't clean unless you ask. I wasn't told that at check in. I would have liked the floors and shower cleaned daily as we went to the beach every day so there was sand everywhere. The trash need emptied every day also. In addion we were charged onto of our room charge for parking. Not happy about that"

"There was wall patch debris on the bathroom floor where they patched a hole where the hair dryer should have been. There was no hair dryer provided. There was no security lock on the entry door. The curtain on the window was so sheer you could see the second floor railing thru it , so no feeling of privacy or security , and no room darkening at all. I am a night shift worker and sleep in the daytime. I got no sleep. I spoke to the staff who were not helpful. There were other people in front of...
