The parking fee was more than I expected and is a complete turn-off. The entry doors were broken and in need of repair. I'm not a dog fan, and they were everywhere. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was constantly being cleaned of the water from the pool and beach. The waterfront restuarant was good and had great views.

Breakfast was good and they delivered it. The rooms are beautiful and very clean! The staff were all very nice. The view was decent too.
