"We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!"

"Beautiful property and comfortable rooms! Loved the waterfalls and landscaping. Enjoyed the live music, the sports bar, and especially the view from our balcony room which A. D. convinced us to upgrade to! He was especially kind and helpful. Stayed one night, would like to see that parking is complimentary if you've booked a stay. I can see having to pay for parking if one is only visiting the property and not paying for overnight accommodations. Also, it was raining and we had to load our car...

"This place is a very different hotel in that there is no staff on site but that never proved a problem for us. It was very easy to get into the lobby and the room and both were very pleasant. The lack of a staff allows for less expense for the hotel so that more money can go to using profits for housing for the homeless, the actual mission of the facility (which I believe is run by a local church.) The bed was quite comfortable although it would have been nice to have had bedside tables on both...

"The front staff at this hotel is incredibly rude not just to my family but with multiple families we were with. My room bathroom was not clean when we got there. I had to ask multiple times for towels so we could shower and again the front office staff was rude about needing towels. Not enough parking. I would not recommend staying here at all."

"I am writing regarding our recent stay at the Residence Inn Opryland, which unfortunately fell far below the standards we expected from a Marriott property. Several amenities that were advertised on the website were either non-functional or unavailable altogether. The fire pit was not working, the barbecue grills were unusable due to missing gas control knobs, and there was a noticeable smell of leaking gas around the grill area, which raised serious safety concerns. "The exterior of the property is beautiful; well maintained and very clean. The lobby is clean as well. The room I stayed in was out-dated but fine. The big tub (which is in the bedroom portion of the suite) seemed to have a broken faucet so water sprayed wide and was taking forever to fill the tub so I gave up. The shower is TINY so be ready for that. The breakfast was just okay. They offered (powdered) eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, yogurt/granola, danishes, toast, coffee and several juices....
