"The location of the hotel is close to the Opry and a lot of restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is rundown and needs to be remodeled. Our room had numerous carpet stains. "

"Best thing I can say is that we slept ok! But that’s as good as it got… The blanket had cigarette burns, one of the drawers was missing a complete front, no remote for the tv, the fan cover in bathroom fell off revealing a dark dirty hole, another hole in ceiling above the shower/tub that looked kinda moldy too….. the safety bar in the door was broken off! When I mentioned that to a staff member, he said “turn the deadbolt below the handle and then even the staff cannot get in!” It was the least expensive place in the area…. And I see why! Cheap and dirty"

"The staff were wonderful and friendly! They let us check in early and after our check out the let us leave our car in their parking lot for a few extra hours and were very sweet about it. The breakfast was delicious with tons of options and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only complaint I could possibly think of was that the TVs in the room were a little weird and kept kicking us off Netflix or going to a black screen. Otherwise it was a perfect place to stay!"

"A/C kept going on and off. When it wasn't on, it got humid and a little warm in the room. Fridge did not work. Knob to adjust temp was stripped. Toilet was probably 18" high! No kidding! There was coffee service in the room but no coffee. Clean hotel! Breakfast was a bit boring but ok. Staff in breakfast room was SO NICE."

"Stayed over Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The atrium had lots of lights and Christmas trees. Guests were all decked out in Christmas PJ's to celebrate and enjoy their time. There staff was very friendly and helpful. They had entertainment inside the hotel and outside (Cirque and ICE) Convenient to nearby mall, General Jackson, Opry and easy ride to downtown via Uber. Waterslide park attached but we didn't use it. Lots of open space that could use more restaurants/bars in the hotel. Wonderful place to celebrate Christmas."
