"Breakfast was awful I’ve stayed at many hotels who served way better breakfast yogurts had expiration dates from 2025… the hotel seems not to have AC or be cheap and not run it everywhere smelt like marijuana. Ice machines didn’t work, AC in bedrooms were slow hard to keep the temperature cool the maids stare and don’t even smile or say hello just make you uncomfortable staring. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. "This is a very nice hotel. My only complaint is with the housekeeping staff's attention to detail. Everything was clean, which is awesome. But little things, like seeing what supplies needed to be replenished - lotion, wash cloths, water bottles, etc., were lacking. Also, freshening up our room each day (we were there for 3 days) was mediocre... the bed was not remade (we had pulled up the sheets) - it still looked like someone had rolled around on it. And the room just lacked a personal touch...
