"時々朝食が準備されなかったこと、ホテル側のお願いで結婚式があるから系列の別のホテルへ2晩移動するように言われたこと、元のホテルへ戻った際にグレードの下がった部屋へ案内されたことの3点はとても不満でした。
しかし、急遽別都市へ移動する際に電車のチケットを購入してくれたこと、友達40人ほどとBBQのために庭を使わせてもらう事など、キッチンの使用など柔軟 に対応してくれたことはとても感謝しています。"
