"The room was nice and clean exept carpets on the floor. The service in the restaurant was really bad. So slow but not interested at all in giving a s¨good service. A pancake for the kids was not possible to get, and no flexibility at all. Only one sachet of nescafe was available per breakfast. when you ordered a thing it took so long to get it, and you had to ask several time to be sure thay have not forgotten your order, "

"Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. "

The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. "
