Our room was absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the window was breathtaking—both day and night.
After we left, I was surprised to receive an email from the hotel letting me know we had forgotten my son’s notebook. I hadn’t even realized it was missing until they reached out. That kind of attention and follow-through made me really grateful.
