This hotel has nothing related its cover picture. Only 4 level building and the first level is full of small restaurants and its smoke are filled the hotel room. AC is flow with dust. Bathroom is full of stains. Room is small. Though the staff is quite nice and helpful.

Loved our stay at the Shangri-La Pudong. Easy to get to from the airport. Lots of shopping and train choices. Friendly staff and service always excellent.
