"Our room was clean and functional. We checked in with the best staff member. She helped us book a room for the following night after our plans to leave changed. It was an easy process and she was pleasantly helpful. The pool area was well maintained and good size for meeting up with fellow travelers. The common area was a bit small but had enough space to enjoy company. The breakfast was good and had everything we needed. It seems to be located in a louder area of town, so I would bring a fan to drown out the traffic and noise through the thin walls. We would book a room here again."

"We checked in and went to our room and within 10 minutes, noticed a bed bug on the sheets! We did not stay. The front desk staff did not agree that it was a bed bug, but noted that we did not stay. I contacted Expedia and sent them a picture of the bed bug and they credited my credit card immediately."

"The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread."
