However, the overall condition of the facility fell well below expectations. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was operational in a building exceeding 20 floors, creating significant inconvenience. The carpeting throughout had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room itself was outdated, with heavily worn furniture, noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door, and chipped and scratched paint. Additionally, persistent foul odors in the room made the stay uncomfortable."

The rooms were spacious and would be great for an extended stay. The building and rooms could benefit from some updates, but didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Plus, a very professional and friendly staff!"

"The receptionist was useless. Provided zero help in regard to possible parking options, since their valley parking was all full. During the night, there was a super loud music in the room next door. I called the receptionist three times just to get a response that the security person didn’t hear any noise. I have all recorded. Never , ever again in this hotel. Terrible staff."
