When we checked in, it is then that we were informed that the pool was not operational, the hot tub had been permanently closed, and the elevator was not working and the only rooms left were on the 3rd floor and above. "The whole hotel is nasty. They have homeless people staying there. Dogs staying there. It stinks in there we did we checked in and we checked right out and lost our money because they wouldn’t refund us because we went to Expedia. Please do not book this hotel ever and Expedia needs to get it off of their website."

"The area around the hotel property seems a bit "sketchy" but there is a high iron fence all around the property with one entry/exit so it's easy for staff to monitor who coming and going. "
