"I would not recommend this hotel. The pictures do not accurately reflect reality. There is neither air conditioning nor a fan in the rooms, which makes them uncomfortable, especially since opening the windows is often not an option due to the noise, dust and smell either from the kitchen or residential area.
I initially booked a suite but had to downgrade because it faced a busy road and was extremely noisy, even with the windows closed. The standard room was not much better, as it overlooked a residential area with constant noise and smoke at times. The hotel has very poor soundproofing. You can hear conversations from nearby rooms, people in the corridors, and even guests on other floors late into the night as if they are in your room itself. Plus there was a football match which lasted until very late at night and the noise was unbearable.
The bathroom is poorly designed, with the showerhead almost directly above the toilet and no shower enclosure, leaving the entire bathroom wet after use. There is also no lift in the building.
The food was disappointing. I ordered a Margherita pizza but received a cold, soggy vegetable pizza after almost an hour. When I complained and returned it untouched, I was being forced to try it and I was still expected to pay for it despite it being cold and not what I had ordered.
Overall, the combination of excessive noise, lack of ventilation, poor facilities, and disappointing food made for an unpleasant stay. I would not stay here again."
"Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I personally prefer a mattress that is more spongy and has cushioning effect. The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service."
