"I stayed from Friday to Monday morning and I really enjoyed my stay housekeeping lady was very nice and Quinzel and this other guy that worked this morning not sure his name (4/20 a.m worker) he very nice, I will definitely stay here again probably even make it my stay when I come monthly to MA. The breakfast food and coffee options for sale at the coffee bar were somewhat limited. The hotel was clean and other amenities like the gym and pool were nice. "

You can hear everything from the room upstairs which I had no issue with because I don’t complain since I know what it’s like but the manager came to my room and instead of politely asking me what was going on or if she can help me in any way or relocate me if it was needed but she did not do that instead her tone was cold and very dismissive. "The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. "Stayed here as part of a school event, so we had several rooms booked for a few days. The rooms were very dirty, especially the floors. The bathroom was fine but the floor was also dirty. I paid for an”upgrade”, but my room was no different than others. My room also had an odor, but after running the ac for a bit, it wasn’t as bad.
