"For the price I paid, I cannot complain. The breakfast was by far the best I've ever had at a hotel. Table service (seated menu), generous sizing and excellent options for vegans. "Stayed in a two bedroom suite, with balcony. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of available facilities. Greeted by very welcoming staff and given an overview of the hotels general facilities. Honesty bar was a first for me, with plenty of beverages to choose from. Parking was fully booked, but it was easy and fairly cheap to park on main road right outside hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Brilliant for a city center stay in Leeds. The duplex has 2 king bedrooms with ensuites. Living room, kitchen, tvs and space. Great views over City square & 2 mins from leeds train station. "

"This property is located in a perfect spot for catching the Salford Central train or walking across the river to downtown Manchester. I took a different route every day and saw so many things. The wifi was excellent and I felt totally safe and comfortable. Very comfortable bed too! I messaged the property managers a couple of times with random questions, and they responded immediately. It was a breeze."

"Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults. "
