Overall our stay was good, the room was clean and well-appointed. However as a wheelxhair user the disabled car park needs resurfacing (it was quiet uneven to transfer in and out of the car). ibis budget Sheffield Arena
Clean and tidy. Night time staff not so sure of what they needed to do. For example, I paid for parking but they didn’t give us a ticket to display in the car which could have resulted in a fine for us. It was only after we asked that a ticket was produced.

Leopold Hotel
We did complain as the car park used for a discounted price was no longer used by the hotel ,they apologised and said it was Expedias fault as you have not updated your app info.Your bad Expedia.
