"Horrible check in, clerk on phone face timing with boyfriend, gave us keys to an occupied room, got new room whose shower was dripping everywhere for 4 days, bug on sheet and dirty sheets either coffee or blood. Locked out of room first night key did not work, had to wait and wait for front desk ..."
