Very friendly staff, the lady going around singing while doing her cleaning was absolutely awesome, super nice, and damn good at her job. Parking lot was nice as well felt like a king in the locked in lot, awesome stay would do it again.

Visited primarily to go to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, but Cleveland Downtown is definately worth spending time in as it leaves it's industrial past behind.
