Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that made the stay even more special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the room reflected true luxury. The hotel’s facilities are excellent — from the elegant common areas to the well-maintained amenities. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to major attractions while still providing a calm and relaxing environment. What truly sets Shangri-La Dubai apart is the consistency of excellence across all aspects of the stay. This is luxury done properly: refined, efficient, and warm. "Once again, I had a wonderful stay at the Al Khoury Courtyard Hotel. The property maintains a high standard of luxury and a cozy, welcoming ambiance. My room was spotless, and the service remains incomparable—the staff is consistently helpful, cooperative, and incredibly fast to respond. I’d like to give a special mention to Mr. Om in the restaurant and Mr. Arjun from the service team for their exceptional hospitality. Suggestion for improvement: While the quality is great, I believe the breakfast buffet would benefit from a bit more variety in the future."
