"We were given a room on the top accommodation floor (71) with a very wide view. It was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very obliging. Unfortunately we couldn't see too much of the view as the air was very dusty. We ate at the restaurant for lunch one day and the meal was very nice. The only slight negative was that there is often a wait for the elevator, the three of which that serve the upper floors are quite small. "

"What an amazing establishment. The cleaning staff were outstanding. The dining and serving staff are very pleasant and helpful . However the best of the best are your reception and Conseirge who make the hotel very special. I have not been to such a fun hotel snd long May you last. Would recommend you with out a doubt."

"Awesome hotel. Incredible staff, eager to help and always available with a smile, especially Mustafa and the rest of the team at the front desk. Nice facilities, the AC in the rooms is amazing (maybe too good), fast WiFi. Right next door to the Mazaya shopping centre for necessities and a convenient location to get to the Burj, Dubai Mall, etc. For Kosher travelers, it's a 1 minute walk from Cafe Bibi/Fantastico and a 15 minute walk from Mosaica. Overall an incredible stay and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai. "
