"Tracie - the receptionist and Linda - kitchen manager were simply awesome. Their smiles definitely brought the warmth to my day. And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Being alone to doll myself up definitely brought its set of challenges. But Tracie was GOD sent angel - who was at the right place at the right time with the right spirit, was amazing! "The room was clean and had everything it said it would. The fridge and microwave worked well, hot water in sinks and shower worked well. The equipment in the workout room worked and the laundry facilities were convenient and priced well."
