"Noise from Interstate was horrible. AC unit was very loud and cycled on/off. No on position for the fan. The coffee was barely warm. The waffles (premade) were cold. Yogurt dispenser barely supplied yogurt. Room was clean. Staff were friendly."

"Perfect place for a stay on the way home to Illinois from Florida. Clean, spacious room, efficient check in, amenities all working, and varied breakfast options. Obvious they take pride and keeping the place clean and maintained, and we know this is a place to stop when going through Tennessee in the future. Right off the highway with gas/food options within an easy distance also. "

"Parking is easy! The gentleman at the front desk directed us to the entrance closest to our room so we didn't have to carry our luggage very far. Overall it was a great stay. Breakfast is the only thing lacking. "

"3 day stay and tried to leave after 1 night. never found hot coffee. my room didn't have Wi-Fi, tv didnt work, 60% of the lights didnt work, no shampoo, shower head was barely hanging on, beds sheets dirty. After accepting all the bs, i only cared about the wife as it was a work stay. I felt threatened by the staff for asking. I was never able to get Wi-Fi and asked two days in a row when asking, and recorded for my safety, the manager took the phone from the front desk and went in the office and slammed the door. after getting home from my work meetings the second day, i came home to the fridge being unplugged and all over my food ruined. i left a day early and was forcefully told i was not getting any money back and that they would find problems in my room to keep my deposit.
