"Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location."

"The bathroom was clean. However the bed sheets when I came I had to ask for them to be changed because it was obviously dirty. When I laid down on the bed a roach crawled on my arm. The a/c unit was dirty and had water leaking and mold. The room had a mildew smell and I spotted two more roaches in the room. The staff were great and they tried to help as best as they can but that whole hotel needs renovation and needs to be updated because even the carpets in the hallways were dirty and had a lot...

"It started out we got there early and was unable to check in which is OK but was told they would call us and never did. When I returned after 4 there were 3 other people there that was told the exact same thing but did not happen. When we got into the room it was very hot and had a foul odor. There was black mode noted on the ceilings. We were on the 1st floor and could walk directly outside and when we did there was broken glass just outside our room. We never saw staff to be able to tell them...
